1. Processing Time
Orders placed are shipped within 3-5 days of the order being placed.
Orders will not be accepted on weekends.
Orders are NOT accepted on Saturdays or Sundays.
Processing days, weekends, and holidays are not included in shipping times.
2. Shipping
Estimated shipping times:
USA, Canada, UK, and Europe: 10–14 business days
Other international countries (excluding USA): 16-25 days
Depending on shipping conditions and destination, orders can be received earlier.
Each order will have a tracking number.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
There can be delays in receiving due to customs clearance or postal service delays.
If a product is not in stock, it will take 7-10 business days to make and deliver.
3. Accuracy of Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct information:
Shipping address
Contact information
Delivery details
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify shipping information.
4. Returned Non-Deliverable Packages
A $15 processing and handling fee will be subtracted from any refunds for packages returned as “non-deliverable.”
5. Refused Deliveries
A $15 processing and handling fee will also be deducted from your refund if you refuse to get your package.
6. Delivered But Not Received
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
Call the shipping company right away
Ask neighbours or post office for advice
GLO GANGG will not be held liable for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Deliveries by the courier are marked
There are no refunds for packages that have been marked as delivered.
7. Customs Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for all:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Government fees
Additional shipping charges
It is not possible to guarantee if customs fees will apply to your country.
8. Warehouses
Currently, products are shipped from warehouses in:
North America
Asia
Orders are shipped from the warehouse using available stock for quicker processing.
9. Delivery Estimates
Please allow up to 72 hours, as delivery times are an estimate and may be delayed if the courier service is delayed or if there are any external shipping problems.
Rural / remote locations – please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
